There's no superiority here, I was adding my thoughts on the games because I've had experience with them - the point of the thread.
Rybow73, most of your posts don't have any substance.. like...
I started playing these games just after when Fallout 2 came out. After I started Fallout 1 and just couldn't get through it...I consider FO2 better than 1 in just about every aspect.
Fallout 3...
I went through it this weekend and LOVED it. It was a very well put together Bioshock mini-campaign with a great story and an excellent ending. I didn't use the new Gravity Well plasmid all that much...
Transhumanism is a very interesting topic. The idea that we as humans will evolve by the use of technology rather than natural time-evolution is at once exciting and scary. Here in the real world,...
So I fired this up last night for the first time in awhile and had an absolute blast. I tried it a few times previously but couldn't get into it due to other MP games taking up my time...but having...
How do you know this? I haven't seen IG state that anywhere.
Menomena
Rural Alberta Advantage
Arcade Fire
Miike Snow
Excellent interview. He kept stopping himself before giving away more info than he should have lol.
Can't wait to dissect that press demo...areas shimmering? Hell yes.
I think I followed a link from a gaming news blog talking about the newly launched (at the time) site.
I'd rather they didn't make a movie and keep it in it's intended medium. Bioshock 1 is a fantastic story told exactly the way it should be. It's like most book to movie conversions, the movie just...
aww how cute..IG's first spam thread.
Haha... "elitist, nostalgia infected PC-bigots"...great line. The Deus Ex games were really good though, rose-tinted glasses aside.
I haven't seen actual gameplay footage yet but I have high...
I just read an interview of Ken Levine on the PS Blog where he gives them the name "Alpha". Whether this is the actual ingame name I'm not sure...he mentioned internally they have names for each of...
These are two of my all time faves...especially Kav and Clay, just brilliant.
I saw it recently too, pretty good...brutal at times but worth a watch. There's an english speaking remake in the works starring Daniel Craig as the protagonist. I hope they use the same girl...

I'm curious as to where this will go as well. It's so peculiar that they kept the Bioshock name (I don't think its a bad thing mind you) that everyone seems to be reeling from it and specualtion is...
I think they'll need to get creative with this storytelling considering the game takes place in 1912.
As for the gameplay elements...you bet they'll stick to 'starve the player' mentality...
So many questions....
- Will the relationship between the protagonist and Elizabeth include real co-op gameplay?
- Is this set in the same world as Rapture? Alternate reality?
- The use of...
"ya well.. that's just like.. your opinion, man."

Was that Ryan on that balcony!?
Bioshock Infinite.
Excellent trailer, looks like you guys are taking it to a whole new level. I wonder if this was the original intention for Bioshock 2 before 2k took the project over?
Well done sir! Still holding out for the Ducktales MMO here.
I'm playing through Warcraft III at the moment, working on the Frozen Throne expansion. I never played completely through it before....I'm impressed by the story-telling they managed in an RTS...
