My screen doesn't really flicker but yesterday when i was playing i got like a floating image of 5-10 tile improvements that followed me around all over the screen.
Game is still freezing in dx10/dx11 mode. Can start taskmanager and get a picture from the intro of the game on the screen. Haven't yet experienced any freezes when running it in dx9 but I haven't...
