Well I can't give a 100% sure answer, but I doubt it uses SecuROM as Steam games run through the Steam application, not independently, meaning it doesn't need it's own, independent form of DRM. ...

I agree. I have that CPU and its a piece of sh** theres no chance it would run the game. If you overclocked it to it's limits it still probaly wouldn't.
