Well this game allows you to play it like a free roam game. Its extremely limited, but i played it as if it was a free roam game. Its possible

No its not a saving system like any other. Every game i have in my library allows me to save at any point or provides me a specific point to save at. Major difference

It doesnt matter, That feature should still be available. I just finished robbing a bunch of stores and made thousands of dollars crushing cars. Now i want to put down the game and play again...

But what if i dont wish to do the missions and just want to explore Empire bay? I dont want to be forced to do a mission in order to save the game.
