Is this just a PC tools thing? Or do all/most other anti-virus programs do the same?

What is a hijack and how do I do it?
I am using windows 7, so I should try a reinstall and tell it to install to the "My Games" folder?
QuantamTarantino, I checked the "My Games" folder and there's NO civ 5 folder
I meet or exceed all specs for the game, installed everything (including steam) and now when I click on the game, absolutely nothing happens. Not even an error message will come up. Anybody know...
