Well from what it seems that has been a couple of guys that have asked for help from the 2k mods and since there threads have been locked up I would guess that they are making right with the error...

You see it all the time with people in closed Beta testing. Its sad actually. You get a chance to actually help with the final version and yet people go ahead an upload vids, pretty much do...

It does look nice. I like how the 3rd person view is a little closer to the player instead of a 3rd person SOCOM view.

They stated that there was only a small amount of invites given out so far. Just keep checking your email and keep the fingers crossed :)
