The main game is fine for me on the 360 version. Same as it was before. It's just JV doesn't run the same. Quite why I have no idea considering it's the 360 version. Both the game and DLC are...
So you're fine with killing people but not a little blasphemy? Get a grip.
I went ahead and bought the Jimmy's Vendetta DLC for the 360 version. Some good stuff I suppose and stuff I wanted but you really can't help but think this should have come with the game. But anyway,...
The moment I saw the guy in my game the first thing I thought was hey he looks like Chris Penn, even though CP is dead now but still, that's what I thought too.
Got the 360 version today. So far, so good, other than the save system but I'll get to that.
So anyway, I must admit I'm quite impressed with it. The vsync isn't as bad as it was in the demo,...
I would like to know because I'm seriously running low. Anyone know please?
Well, really, it's not worth it. Not for two extra cars and two extra suits. And not when you get these things for FREE in the US when you pre-order the game from specific retailers.
So no, I aint...
Yeah but they're not even doing the pre-order bonuses here in Europe. Here, you have to pay extra for the Special Edition to get the Greaser and Made Man stuff. I've decided against this because it...
Do us all a favour will you please and tell us if the vsync tearing is as bad as it was in the demo.
Is it worth it though, that's the question.
Also, is this DLC going to be available to buy on the marketplace later on? I mean, if I knew it was going to be then I'd just get the normal version....
play.com is garbage these days. shopto is by far the best but they aren't selling the special edition.
I honestly do not think the extra PS3 content warrants getting the PS3 version over the 360 version.
I'm on the fence about getting the game for starters, certainly after all the reviews for it and the demo and the utter ducking around questions that 2K Czech have done.
That aside, the question...
I was talking to JohnnyBoy, not you. And more people play games on consoles nowadays than they do on PC's....
I played both the PS3 and 360 demos as I have both platforms. And the 360 demo did not run that smooth at all. It was plagued with vsync tearing. It also took frame rate hits in doors just like the...
Not if it runs like the demo did.
Maybe it's right.
Like you even own both platforms.
The poorness of the demo is the only thing that's stopping me getting either version. And if the final game runs as badly as the demo then I'll still not be getting either.
More worthless trophies eh. Great....
Is it really too much to ask for one of these damn reviewers to tell us how the vsync tearing is compared to the demo?
Well to tell the truth, it looks the same on the 360 really. It still looks good. It's just the PS3 version is lacking a few things like 3d grass on lawns for example.
Probably doesn't run quite...
How much though? As bad as it was in the demo? Why can't they tell us this.
Whilst I'm not expecting great things from this game, you have to wonder why what drugs OXM UK are on. They give this 7/10 but gave Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Dirt 9/10.
Whilst I haven't read the review, I can't really comment. You do have to wonder though what they are on over there. The did just give Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Dirt 9/10.......
So, I'm still really none...
