Bioshock Online Trophy and Sony Marsh 2010 Bug

Hi,
I was playing Bioshock 2 online during the Marsh 2010 Bug on PS3, this bug have disable trophy during Marsh 1st 2010, and during this bug I passed to rank 40 that unlock a trophy but it doesn't unlock.

Now that this bug is over, I've tryed again but I can't get it because I'm already rank 40 and it unlock only when you pass it.

Is there any way, that someone at 2K technical support, lower my rank before rank 40 on your servers or in the worst case reset it?

I'm experiencing the exact same problem, except I reached Rank 30 during the so-called "ApocolyPS3". Can anything be done? I have re-sync'd my trophies, played several more matches from start to finish (to see if the trophy would appear) and it isn't showing up. Is it possible it will appear when I unlock the Rank 40 trophy? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

No, I really think that you won't get it if you unlock rank 40, trophy are event that unlock at a precise moment when you've done the thing to do. So, because we already have pass the landing of wanted rank we can't get it.

The real only SOLUTION now, is to lower or reset our rank on servers that we can replay and pass the needed rank. And only peoples from bioshock 2 servers maintenance can do this.

That why I reallly hope someone from technical support can help us, by joining the person in charge of servers or a way to join them by ourself.

I had a similar problem. Before the bug I got to level 23, got the level 20 trophy, and now suddenly its gone! I have played a couple of matches but its not coming back.

Hello Tech support,

I'm also in the same boat like these people.

Before the "PS3 bug" I completely forget to scync'd my online trophies. During that "March Bug" time I try to play BioShock 2 and the PS3 wipes all my trophies away

When the PSN is back online I can no longer sync'd the online level trophies that I already have unlocked. Because the trophy list is corrupted. As a result I can't unlock or getting the "level trophies" anymore, because I have already passed the level or earned them. I'm now at level 32 and missing "Parasite, Little Moth and Skin Job trophies"

My question is; will it be possible to patch/reset the online game/stats so players who have earned those trophies will unlock them again. Those online trophies are the only ones I need right now for a platinum trophy.

Kind regards and I really hope 2K tech support will look into this matter.

Hi, i have the same problem, i have lost my trophy : No Mr P (kill protector), mother hen (save a little sister), small buterfly (go to lvl 20), and traveler (play on all map)... Can you help me for win again these trophy???
