Stuck (bioshock)

I got bioshock and i downloaded it its good but im stuck in an area... of the game... I dont know how to get past it and ive been at it for an hour....... Its a room that has 3 doors and above 1 door it says Surgery and the other 2 doors are unable to get to because they are above that door... If thats not enough i took a picture in fraps but i dont know how to display it here.

First of all, you downloaded Bioshock? As in a pirated version of it?
Secondly, use http://www.tinypic.com to host your images, then just post the link. I'm a little confused as to where you are. I know you're in Medical Pavilion, but not sure where in Medical Pavilion.

Ok thanks... i didnt pirate it i bought it of steam in christmas for 5 bucks good deal..... This game is good... but im having a hard time understanding whats going on lol... Ok, this is what you do. Have you picked up Telekenesis yet? If not, your goal is to go to Dandy Dental and pick it up there. If you don't know where that's at, here's a pic. http://www.visualwalkthroughs.com/bi...edical1/45.jpg
Here's a walkthrough just in case you're still stuck. If you wanna know how to get there, just scroll up and it'll show you.
Also, you'll need Incinerate to get to Dandy Dental because you have to melt the ice buildup.
Go to Eternal Flame and you'll find it there.

Thanks I didnt pick up that fire move and i realized that i need to burn the ice i havent found the guy yet but soon i will thanks alot
