I do not own the game, so I can not say that I for one want a refund. However, if you have purchased a faulty product you should be entitled to a refund. Again, I can't say that I wan't one, but owners of the PS3 version should have every right to ask.

This thread is to be utilized as a clear statement of intent from us, the customer. The latest debacle regarding patch 1.20 was always going to happen, well I believed that from what we have witnessed thus far regarding this game. It is now WELL past the point were we can receive a full refund from the retailer we purchased our copy from, and as the game is basically not fit for purpose I believe we are well within our rights to receive a full refund from the manufacturer...this game should probably be recalled on the PS3.

So simply post here if you would like you're hard earned money back...I do...I work hard for my cash, and when I buy something I expect it to work as stated on the packaging...I do not expect to wait for more than two months, and in fact still be waiting on it to work as intent

Patience is waiting for a product to come out and not whining every the product launch is pushed back. What sucks is when someone gives you a product that doesn't work!

If I sell you a brand new car and tell you it runs fine, but the first time you take it out on the road it dies - what would you do if I told you "oh yeah, I need to fix some stuff before it really runs right." Then after a month of telling you I'm getting the part, I install it only to have the same problem. Seriously, what would you do?
