wheres the 360 WS-patch?

Hi Elizabeth,

I'm sure you are doing a wonderful job, thx for that. But I wonder when we will get some info on the 360 patch? And it's been more than a month ...

If no patch is coming, please at least have the guts and tell us. Then I personally will sell my game, before it's too late ... because with each day that passes by, it's worth less money.

Thx for the answer in advance.

(yes, even people over here are upset about Take2's handling of this severe problem)

Have you started the game and had to download something? That would have been the patch.

It's such a quick fix that I think they aren't even going to bother (or they would have by now), I think they still assume it's a 'non issue' and that we are just complaining for the sake of it.

I say, don't buy anymore games from any developer who doesn't understand FOV and WS issues, once they have your cash they don't care.

I saw this quote in a different thread - that's at least some confirmation

Please be patient with the developers. The game is like a system. If you chance one thing, it risk affecting another thing or two or three in the game, with the possibility of breaking them.

While it may seem that it should be rather easy task to make WideScreen patch, when you get into the motor of the game, it can turn out to be not so easy. I think maybe people who have trouble getting through the game because of gamebreaking bugs e.g. bugs that hinder people from playing the game, really should have first priority. The WS issue is sort of annoying, but hopefully not gamebreaking?

Just be patient, the game just been out for a month or so...

any news on the 360 widescreen issue? I really feel treated badly as a customer and gamer. It's been over two months and I still haven't played that game but sure am loosing the will to do so ... I wonder why the figurine has no widescreen issues ...

but I honestly shouldn't be surprised - because Bioshock was my first 360 game that got delivered in a "Games for Windows" box ... let alone descibes it best - chaos ...
