On Thursday, October 23rd we’ll be releasing our second round of additional Civilization Revolution content on both the PS3 and 360. This week we’ll offer two new single player packs: the Survival Single Player Map Pack and the Surreal Single Player Scenario Pack.
In the Surreal Single Player Map Pack, you will be challenged to survive on maps unlike any you have seen before – some of the map names include “Mountains of Madness,” “Paisley,” and “Patterns.” This map packwill be available worldwide on both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network and will be free. The Survival Single Player Scenario Pack tests your bravery across map-based scenarios: Ice Age, Global Warming, and The Eye. This scenario pack will be offered worldwide on Xbox Live for 100 MS Points, and on the Network for $1.25 US, 0,99 EURO, 0,69 POUNDS, or 1,75 AUS $. In addition to these two new packs, our two previously released single player packs, will now be available internationally on the PlayStation Network. Brave New Worlds is a free single player map pack that includes four all-new maps for Civilization Revolution players to conquer, and The Victory Scenario Pack includes three new scenarios for gamers to tackle in single player mode. They include "Enlightenment" where players show off their civilization's grandeur as they vie for a cultural victory, "Hyper Drive," a high-speed space race, and "Gold Rush" where amassing money fast will win the game. The Victory Scenario Pack is available on Xbox Live for 100 MS Points, and on the PlayStation Network for $1.25 US, 0,99 EURO, 0,69 POUNDS, or 1,75 AUS $. |

although i like the free content, i would prefer that you guys just fix multiplayer. i feel like these are just attempts to get us playing SP and avoid MP.
although, if you guys would give us a map editer, then i would gladly forget about multi until you guys got around to it. *hint hint* |

as you can see, you guys already missed your unofficial deadline, and we still dont have a definite date. i am not even sure that 1.3 will fix multiplayer, it might just give us a new batch of bugs for us to find. can't wait to find out, though. when can we expect this patch? |

To FIX multiplayer, you also have to get players back to the game. What good is charging people more money? Where is the 'Come back to Civ' Gift? Are youuu going to surprise us?

I think it sounds like 2K Games are doing a fine job at the moment trying to make this game the best possible.
If you've been in the gaming "business" for any length of time, you would have noticed that almost no games are released without bugs. You should know this by now, and if you didn't then try to realize it. ON TOPIC: Thanks for the DLC! ![]() |
