I hope for a dev response to this one =).
Bioshock does not support Pixel Shader Model 2. You will need a video card that supports PS 3.0 in order to play Bioshock on the PC.

Lol... you need a graphics card that supports Photoshop 3.0 to play this game!

But yeah thanks for the definitive answer. Regardless of system requirements people seem to keep asking anyway.

Thanks for the answer also sm3 isnt expensive anymore you can get a 512mb sm3 card here for 50 euros (7600gs)

I have a 7600GS. They're pretty good. Mine was over half less than the X800XL I bought less than a year before.
