In Multiplayer, being a Big Daddy requires you to go out and find the suit.

Unless you're in Capture the Sister mode, where the defending team always has one randomly-chosen player be a Big Daddy. There's no suit in that mode.

Only in capture the sister a random person on your team spawns as a big daddy as stays as the big daddy until the game ends.

In team deathmatch and survival the suit spawns randomly in the map.

I wonder if we can choose a default side to carry the Little Sister. I personally would rather run and gun then play with fire.... I feel that since my online character is ambidextrous, I should be able to choose wether I want to use plasmids or guns while carrying her.

good point, but it seemed in the trailer, the player had to drop the little sister to kill his opponent so it may not matter

I was so excited when I heard about this mode, I would have been really disappointed if there was no CTF style game type. Out of the announced modes this will probably be the one I play the most in multiplayer.
