I also think that we'll solve the 5x5 by Friday and receive another hellish puzzle soon after. Or maybe Mark will just solve it and we'll never know.....

To Codex: I hope you find that brain bleach for whatever it was you saw.
ALSO thanks i think that may have worked.

You're right. I thought if we could eliminate one rabbit trail, the closer we could get to cracking this pig.

This site is like finding a needle in a stack of needles.

I think we need to reference the book.
What Exactly the white night had to do.
i feel the answer is more book related. i mean, there making a big point to push this... i think we have to look though the looking glass a bit more.

There have been too many references to White Knights in Lutwidge's ramblings. We've had:
  1. Parcival (where is the Holy Grail?)
  2. TtLG White Knight (Who are you and what is it you do?)
  3. The knights in the story that popped up last month (how far have we walked in the day? This one is significant because of the imagery of the one knight being old and wise and the other looking to them for advice)

We need to figure out what Knight it is that is asking the question. Then again, the White Knight could even be Mark, or Lutwidge himself! We need to wait for more information before we make any moves. In chess, you can't make a move without considering the whole board, which we cannot at this point.

I think the question is on the black and white tiles, which we haven't seen all of yet.

Absolutely, but I don't think the answer is going to be found that swiftly. After the Phronima incident, we will probably be required to do some significant research before we get the answer.
