Question on plasmids

Just got the game. Love it!
Question on plasmids though.

I can currently only have 2 plasmids active at any time. I just found a third plasmid so I have to decide which one to deactivate.

My question is, how do I change out which plasmids I want active at any given time? I can't seem to figure it out.

which is a specific location, sort of like the vending machines? Need to find them?

Yep, they are like vending machines. I believe the first one is a bit into the Medical Pavillion, though I might be wrong on that. It'd be in the surgery ward if it was.

Anyway, they are fairly common after that. Listen for a jaunty musical tone and it'll be around there.
