I've bought the game, and due to hardware upgrades, and them not working, I've uninstalled the game once. Now I decided to install it again because I'm tired from waiting to get my hardware back.
Everything works fine until it's downloaded "the latest BioShock patch". The download window disappears and it's just stuck.
Yes, I tried waiting. I even went to sleep for 2 hours and when I came back: no progress.
Any ideas?

Ummm... maybe I should write my specs too (though I don't remember them).
AMD 64 3000+
1.5gb ram
xfx GeForce 6800 xt.
Also I think it's weird that I could install it before (which took three tries btw), and now it won't install. I'm on my 14th try and it's been stuck for about 50 minutes.
perhaps it will work tomorrow for you, that is, if the problem is simply a temporary internet issue out of your control.

The activation servers are online, you should have no issues now when installing.

There are no server issues at the moment. It is possible a firewall or a router issue. Try to disable all firewalls including the windows firewall. Also try to activate port number 28900 set to TCP.
