yes. this game has great grafics, great sound and atmosphere. but i was so dissapointed about the thing that affect most games today it seems.. the "Consollification" as a good friend of mine said, game-developers making the game for porting it to consol witch means making the game easier and simplifes things way to much aswell as making the games idiot proof, sadly with up to date grafics and sounds SS2 would been closer to FPS 2.0 then this.

PS. if i wanted to play a consol game i would bought a consol, now make me a game for the PC.

1. Use spell check, that was painful to read.
2. The game was developed on the console and ported to PC, not the other way around as you say.
3. 2K doesn't owe you anything. You are free to play the game or not.

BioShock is not. The Vita-Chambers do make the game more accessible, but it's still challenging to progress without repeatedly doing back to them. I fail to see what else you think makes the game "easier". The AI is the best ever, enemies increase in AI and health as the game goes on, BDs are tough as hell if not approached with the right strategies.

grammar isn't really spelling.

Today it's PUNCTUATION, ppl!

It’s “grammar.” The word is often incorrectly used to label patterns of spelling and usage that have nothing to do with the structure of language, the proper subject of grammar in the most conservative sense. Not all bad writing is due to bad grammar.

Well if you're going to yell at people about grammar, you may as well spell the word correctly.

It's usually to consoles that I look for games with a challenge. Other than online multiplayer, pc games are often very easy. If you want hard, boot up Ikaruga or Ninja Gaiden.

There is already a thread on this, so I'll just copy/paste.

You can make the game harder yourself with too much effort - a few suggestions you can try:

* restart the game as soon as you die
* do not save
* try to pick up the bare minimum of EVE hypos necessary to complete the game and no health kits (as well as no snacks etc)
* use only a wrench or a single weapon of your choosing and the minimum amount of plasmids needed to complete the game
* try to complete the game as quickly as possible
* don't pick up money
* don't buy yourself out of hacking subgames

Or any combination of the above. And so on, your imagination's the limit! The games in the Resident Evil series are all easy too, the fun begins when you go for knife walkthroughs, time attacks, etc.

ppl, get back to topic. so this guy might have misspelled a few words but he made is point across. at least i think he did. lets not nitpick at things that are irrelevant.

since english ain't my native tongue i hope no-one is gonna pick at MY grammar or punctuation. give it a rest.

now, back to topic - i think the vita chambers make sense in the context of the game but still take too much from the challenge. if they coasted a lot of money than that would have been slightly more... fair. this way i have no fear of dying and no motivation to do my best.
i would have preffered that once u die u can choose - either pay some amount of cash or quick-load. that way u can choose if u want to continue where u left off but waste some money or do things all over again.

for the sake of challenge i would also limit saving to vita chambers locations only and not a save-anywhere feature. if u want to save anytime than u have to run back to the nearest vita-chamber.

that is my idea for the game, which IMO, seems better than the current one.

"WIKI" Grammar is the study of rules governing the use of language. The set of rules governing a particular language is the grammar of that language; thus, each language can be said to have its own distinct grammar. Note that the word grammar has two meanings here: the first is the inner rules themselves and the second is our description and study of those rules. When a grammar is fully explicit about all possible constructions within a specific language, it is called generative grammar. A particular type of generative grammar that has become the leading framework in modern linguistics is transformational grammar which was first proposed by Noam Chomsky.

Grammar is part of the general study of language called linguistics. Grammar is a way of thinking about language.

As the word is understood by most modern linguists, the subfields of grammar are phonetics, phonology, orthography, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. Traditionally, however, grammar included only morphology and syntax. So there you go, now its clear

There was challenge but not on normal difficulty. I started on Hard and when I die and spawn back at a Vita Chamber its just the same as re-loading a check point but the Vita Chambers get rid of the hassle of loading.

I personally found that hard mode was a good balance.
