Sound card setup

Okay pc owners, I recently got myself a "Creative X-Fi Xtreme
gamers card", does anyone have any recommendations for settings
to make it sound its best out of a 5.1 setup?

yeh use crystalizer at max!

obv set it to 5.1 output

make sure u got it all plugged in correctly (not into a digital amp or anything, cos u will then need a coax cable or digital out cable)

put cmss 3d to surround with upmix on auto. but make sure that the slider is at 50% between surround and front.....

i found it best playing with headphones on with cmss 3d on!! sounds SO gd
