If you go to the binkvideo folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Games\BioShock\Content\BinkMovies) and rename the file 2KG_logo_720P.bik to 2KG_logo_720P.OLD and create an empty file (you can use a text editor) with the original filename you can avoid the "intro splash" screens and go straight to the game menu when you launch bioshock. At least, it's working for me.
