No. Unreal engine 3 is a dx 9.0 engine, not dx 10. There's no reason barring a multimillion dollar deal with microsoft to force vista.

This will be the first game (I think) I've played on the Unreal 3 engine, and it sounds great.

It's too soon to make the game Vista only, it doesn't have the marketshare. They'd simply be shooting themselves in the foot if they did.

thank god, i have a 8800GTS but with all the vista probs im not getting it. i want this game so bad but prob couldnt even play with vista.
is there any reason for using vista? :confused: :mad:
at the moment no, the only reason i would want vista is for dx10
