hello everyone.
I am having trouble with the sound in my BioShock game, I will work for the intro, but once I get the the seen of the crash and everything after it, the sound just refuses to work. If anyone knows anyway to fix this problem, please help.

Do you have a Realtek HD Audio soundcard too?

Same here, it happens everytime it loads a new area so you have to quit the game and start it back up and load the same part again then the audio should work. I'm using a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS

I have that same problem and I have that sound card. I updated my drivers today as well.

I am always reloading and the sound never works.

Try turning off hardware acceleration for the sound (EAX). That worked for me.

honestly, I forget what sound card I have, would ask my dad but he is asleep. Also, I have rebooted and all that, and updated sound drivers, yet nothing has changed.

what sucks is, my other PC plays the saound perfectly, but the graphics dont work at all (black screen with dots of fire) and my dad wont switch it around couse the one that works the sound is MINE and the one that works the game but not the sound is his.

just tell me how to find out the sound card, and I will tell you what im using, becouse I am anciouse to play it, and im bummed about the sound, I need it for the atmosphear
