Yet another Broken Mr. Bubbles thread (Everyone post your pics)

I commend you guys on the replacement program you are having. It really makes me ill that people are willing to break their figure. I didn't even realize their was a problem until I got mine home today. I first saw the hand attached to the big daddy's head...then I realized that the had was actually broke off from the side. Odd that everyone is saying that the drill arm is the one that breaks...Not in my case it was the whole other hand. :-( Anyway my question is there going to be an full soundtrack released? I hope so.

What did the box look like? To break the BD's arm off it seems you would really need to smack the box hard.

whats freaking crazy is i was at a game stop 10am in the morning right, my friend and i reserved the LE copies for the PC version

my package the LE box had no damage on it whatsoever neither did my friends but when we took our Bigdaddy boxes out the plastic packaging was all cracked my drill tip of the big daddy is broken and roaming around the package my friends big daddy has no arms o.O

game is excellent but to say 2k really responded well with the problem

Mine was in mint condition. Too bad I had to cancel to switch to 360.
If anyone lives in southwest ohio, they still have a very nice PC LE there. get it while you can!!!

What is constituting a broken Big Daddy? Mine is missing the tip of the drill......BD is stanging on it.

I'd like to point out the efforts 2K is willing to go to, to keep their fans happy. Kudos to 2K !!

so are we allow to open the game and play it? or do we have to keep in plastic wrap to be able to receive new BD?

I kept my BD in it's package, but opened the rest, that way there's no qustion as to whether or not I broke it or it was like that

You only need to return the big daddy figurine to get a new big daddy.

Mine is too badly damaged. I dont know if I will send it in or just buy some plastic glue for $3 and fix it myself.

Yes, for North American customers, We Australians, and the British and everyone else can't help wondering, are we getting the A Grade unbreakable Big daddys? if not what are we to do?

man...the tip to mine is broken as well....

I wonder when the replacement plan will be up and running and when the new big daddies will be done so that I can get my new one.....


I'm not taking the big daddy out of the plastic thing until I'm positive that they won't need it...


I really don't need the artbook...I just want my Mr. Bubbles to be in tip-top shape for fighting off the ninjas trying desperately to see my porn.....


But yeah....It's extremely nice of 2K to offer all that since it's most likely a shipping error....

I live in Ireland and the game is out on friday. I dropped into the shop where I have the PCLE reserved (I work right beside it) and the guy I know there showed me their shipment that had just arrived. EVERY SINGLE ONE was broken. He is trying to get proper ones by friday but apparently a few other stores in the chain had the same problem so he isnt hopeful.
My question is: Will europe be covered by the replacement plan? How long will it take? If im going to be waiting 3 months for a replacement il just check other shops.
