If I run in DX10 mode yes under dx9 mode no. There is a bug with v-sync under dx10 causing the frames not going higher then 60 eventhough your refreshrate is 85 or something. Therefore casuing the game to be unplayable because evn if it has to draw one lillte more difficult thing frames sink down to 30 and below.
