Runs ok, some tearing/ghosting

It runs well but I seem to have some tearing/ghosting when moving rapidly and sometimes textures divide into boxes, like the water in the beginning. I am running at 1900x1200 but I have a quad core at 3.2 and 2 8800GTX. Any ideas how to make it run better? I downloaded the latest drivers before installing the demo.
