Patch for blackout problem? Xbox 360 version.

I was wondering if there is going to be a downloadable patch to fix the bug that causes screen blackouts while you are playing the game in some sections? The screen blackouts were pretty frequent while I was playing last night and really interrupted the gameplay (as in screen goes black a Slicer wacks me to death and next I know I am in a Vita Chamber). Hope it can be patched cause it's a serious bug.

No black boxes here but I got pausing for what seems like texture loading. Maybe we got bum disks...gonna take mine to a friend's in a bit to see if it does it on his 360.

Note I am not talking about black boxes but rather the whole screen goes black for 4-5 seconds then flickers back on.

I just got the game last night and I have the same screen blackout problem. In fact I have that problem with some arcade games and my Blade Runner HD DVD (using the 360 HD player). Very concerned and glad to see someone else has the issue. I was just going to bring the machine back. Did anyone help with this issue. Thanks for your help
