So being bored with my current computer games I decided to dig out my old copy of Freedom Force. I loaded it up and went to run it, only to find that there is a known compatibility issue with Windows Vista.
I've been looking around for an update or a patch to fix the issues, but have yet to find one. On the original Freedom Force site they acknowlage the compadiblity issue, and say they will post of link with the fix... But when I click to get more data on the issue, I just end up at this page: http://www.freedomfans.com//news.php?id=4
I found the 1.2 patch, and tried installing that, but an error (DatFix.exe has stopped working) keeps occurring, and it wont update.
So does anyone know what I need to do to fix this issue or if there is a fix out there... Please let me know...
