is there any way to blow up the oil can or barrel at the begining of the game. it is in the room that you kill your first splicer. i have tried shocking it and using the wrench to knock it into the fire but that doesnt work.

When I was messing with it, it sounded like it was empty.

i tried to hit it with the wrench to make it go into the fire but it always flys in some crazy direction when i hit it

I also wanted to get it to blow up! I tried to take it with me so i could get the incinerate plasmid, but i couldnt get it through the plane. I do agree however, that it sounded empty. :(
