Pretty Nice avatar. Like the art style, which fits BioShocks look.

No, but seriously, it's my favorite game, and while people call it unoriginal sometimes, it's still fun, albeit too easy. That and I actually cried during the near-ending cutscene. Sad, but true.
All shall bow to Okami, the only reason I praise the Zelda series, for it's inspiration, of course. :p

Haha, I played the Sith Lords, but got bored quickly.
It just didn't have that same KOTOR feel as 1 did.

KOTOR had an epic & enigmatic plot that trumps two of the three prequel movies. It was perfect for the Star Wars galaxy and mythos.

Having more complexity piled on purely for the sake of presenting twists and turns isn't going to make the story superior. The rushing part I heard of at the time, and that was enough to turn me away from it, as I also remember an array of exceptional titles sharing shelf space at the time.

KotOR 2 tried to be to 1 what Empire Stikes Back was to New Hope - mostly deeper and darker, raising more questions than answers and exploring the grey zones between good and evil. The characters in KotOR 2 had MUCH more personal baggage than anyone in KotOR 1 did. The sequel had huge potential and everyone was hoping this would be Chris Avellone's finest story since Planescape Torment.

Unfortunately, like that_dude said, LucasArts pressured Obsidian to cut a huge amount of content to get the game out for Xmas. I believe that several LucasArts producers involved got fired in the aftermath for mishandling the franchise.

Fortunately, most of the cut content with voiceovers was left on the released game disk (much to LucasArts' chagrin) and a group of fans have been slooooooooowly reassembling it:

That guy is not a spike armored knight, he's from shadow of the colossus (you might have played that game, it's a masterpiece on so many levels) and if you looked closer you might see a little man staning right next to him. If you have not played the game then the reason why he's there is because he needs to kill all those colossus in order to save his wife life.
