No *Spoiler Alert* In FEAR the little girl was pregnant although she really wasn't a little girl anymore*End Spoiler* and that was rated M so I think Bioshock could pull it off also.

why the hell would they made the LS's preganant...it might work in some other game but i do not see how this will add anything to the story other then a "WTF" moment.

well I don't know about out and out 'pregnant' but biologically, the ADAM would most easily be processed in the womb. since... it already has a fairly easy connection to the production of stem cells, perhaps you'd just have to re-tie a few tubes and with a few hormones... Easier then dumping a whole bunch of stem cells into stomach acid and expecting it to come out in a safe form
