So I was wandering around Rapture today, when I found a cat, collapsed, unresponsive and VERY stiff hiding in a corner.
Clearly the poor critter was in shock and needed immediate medical attention! I pulled out my rusty sidekick the pipe wrench with the intention to perform CPR. One, two, three. Fluffy moved! And then immediately fell over again, stiff as ever. Clearly, something more was called for.
I knew immediately what I had to do. "CLEAR!" I screamed as I delivered a 100,000 volt plasmid shock. Once again: a twitch and them nothing. Obviously, I was really going to have to work at this.
Worked fervently, alternating between plasmid and wrench, I fought to valiantly save whisker's life! Clearly, my efforts were not appreciated by all as I was jumped by a splicer (who dropped like a sack of potatoes when I slammed my wrench through his skull - I was beginning to have second thoughts about trying to use this thing to save a life!)
In one last heroic effort, I put every last ounce of effort (and fresh shot of eve) into a monster electrobolt - SUCCESS! The cat jumped across the room, and STOOD, once again standing firmly on its feet.
My journey continued on, knowning that if I could save this one cat, surely I could save Atlas's family!

Classic i to found that cat but left it for dead, but i phined the RSPCA from the restaraunt phone:p

I found a cat as well. This one was long dead and I had no chance of reviving it. But that didn't stop me from trying. Why is there a cat hidden in the demo?

I didn't see it in the 2 times I played it. No worries, I'll play it another 10 times before the game releases.

How do you work the phones? I've tried zapping them and just using them but I don't get much of a reaction... Also, no luck with the cat yet.

what would be funny is if when you get the grenade launcher and telekinesis
and find a dead cat there is more than one shoot a bunch of proximity mines on it then use telekinises to throw it into a croud of splicers while yelling "your death shall not be in vain"!!!:D

maybe reading into this a bit far, but cats were sacred to Egyptians......Egyptians had the lighthouse of Alexandria (or its atleast in Egypt i forget which one) Bioshock has a lighthouse.......RAPTURE IS ANCIENT EGYPT!

I had my first real fun...I corralled about 10 Splicers into the water by way of immolating them, then running in circles so they stayed in the water...Then I went to shock them but shot a fireball accidently...Then they all got angry, so I swtiched, shocked them, they all started twitching and died...That made me happy.
Not to mention playing Stranglehold afterwards and thinking 'Wow, this looks like PS2.'
