Anyone else got the Irony acheivement? I got it by accident and i had a pretty good laugh about it.

Yeah I got it. I thought it was pretty funny.
After having him take all them pictures of the corpses, then taking one of his. I laughed and was like "PAYBACK!" haha.

Sadly, no achievements on PC. But I took the picture anyway after I killed him, because I thought it would be funny. I was surprised when it actually worked.

I love how they added things like the Irony achievement to Biochock, it's always a pleasure to find something like that lurking in Rapture.

Why would Jack want a picture of his corpse when they're no need for it?.

hehe yeah i got it too, i didn't knew it was an achievment, just killed him in his apartment cause i though the splicer in there were going to attack me, so i got him mad :confused: , and killed him then i took his pic cause he looked funny ,haha you gotta love that achievment :p

Nitpicking: In the future, try to make threads longer than just one sentance.
For example, you could have explained the situation in which you got the acheivement.
(I personally don't remember what the acheivement was)

After killing all three people that Sander wants you to kill and taking the pictures and you fight him in his annoyingly drawn out run around and find him just to shoot him battle. You can get your camera and take a picture of his corpse.

There in getting the IRONY achievement.

Did anyone take the picture on pure instinct not knowing about the achievement? It was my first play through and i just killed Sander Cohen right afterwards and took a photo because i thought ti would be humerous.

Yeah, that's what I did. As soon as he was dead and I'd looted his corpse, I switched to the camera and snapped it out of my own twisted sense of humor. I expected one of the messages it gives you when you can't take a picture, and was quite surprised when it showed the photo instead.

yeah me too, i took the photo cause i thought it would count as a Houdini research, didn't knew there was an achievment, i didn't knew about finding his apartment either, but since i explore everything the first time i found it

I had previous knowledge of some achievement, but I didn't know how to get it. But I knew that taking a picture of his corpse would do something, and when I took it, I was pleasantly surprised to see the little thinga-mammy flash *Achievement Earned-Irony*

What stinks is I killed him before he let me into his secret study getting me one little achievement o-o

It sucks when you do that cause then you either have to reload a save and do it all over again.. OR play through the entire game and remember NOT to kill him this time.

Oh man, I want to get that achievement so badly! I'm currently working on the "You're seriously good at this" (or whatever it's called - the one where you beat the game on hardest difficulty) one, but the game is insane on hard.

I wanted to get it, but i don't want to miss that Power To The People Station in his bedroom in Olympus Heights. Then, trying to get to Olympus Heights my disk messed up in Hephaestus.:(
