I was just visiting their forums because I wanted to hear what they were saying about BioShock... What I found was apalling.
The first thread that is BioShock related that I see is called Little Sister - Problem
The main thing is how stupid the question is
The author is asking... Why are the little sisters collecting the dead bodies atoms?
so im like :mad: wtf?
I don't say anything, because i have no account
I continue reading the pathetic knowlage of the game on this thread and then i see people calling the little sisters robots or something... it is very sad how under educated these people are
so I just made an account so i could yell at the urchins on this website
Do you guys have similar experiences?

thats a good point-most of the gaming community that I know have no knowledge/interest in BIOSHOCK.Biased as I am,I can understand why,Its too radical for them,a bold attempt to revive a genre thats long been stale.And also a lot of gamers dont want software that asks them to make moral choices-to them its simple-storm into an arena,unload an uzi and move on to the next identical bad guy/30 foot demon! Let the other forums revel in their own ignorance,they truly dont understand what they will be missing out on.

All you can really do is provide them with materials and information to the best of your ability. Provide some references such as the spiritual successor*, and which games Ken mentioned influenced the design process, and try to explain the merits of the gameplay as we know it so far.
If they don't bite, or prefer to remain ignorant about the game, forget them. Live and let live, and be comforted that you are a su-su-sssuperior bag of flesh.
*Cannot mention its name, 2K may get upset.....
