Audio Problems with Diary and Radio only

All other Audio works fine, but the tape diaries and when I am being spoken to on the radio is to low to hear.

I tried on the options to set the Voice overs to 10 and drop the others to 3, but the "bad guys" are still much louder than the diaries and radio.

How can this be corrected.

Ok, I reinstalled Windows with no change. Still diaries and radio are much quiter than all other audio.

I have the same problem. The first radio messages for welcome to rapture works, but as soon as I get to the first diary neither radio or diaries work.

All other audio is fine.

I reinstalled Windows and all drivers. Then I installed BioShock before any additional software. And still have the sould problem.

I also tried AC3Filter but it didn't help.

Any ideas on how to fix this. The game is still playable but not being able to hear the Atlas and the tapes really detracts from the story.:confused:
