Spellforce 2

this game came with my graphics card. it seems not many people know about it, but it got a good rating on IGN, and i think its awesome. seems some of the most successful but unknown games are hybrids of RPG and something else. Spellforce 2 is a hybrid RPG-RTS, with a massive single player/campaign mode (ive played around 14hrs, and im not yet 1/3 of the way through the game, and at level 18)

anyone here play it too?

it's a german game... i haven't played it because the genre-mix scares me^^ when the RPG-part becomes good, i have to swap to RTS :mad: (and vice versa)

lol no... theres always the rpg element.. just occasionally you have to rts some stuff, and send an army with your party to overcome obstacles that no party in its right mind would attempt alone. i guess it would be a german game because in the multiplayer section, there's either german chat or english chat. but my game is in english and the scantily clad dark elf really adds character.

ps, i can hear 1812 overture in the background, man! i love that song
