oblivion help

[fontaine futuristics]

well..im on my mages guild quest's and am now on 'information at a price'.
i have gone to skingrad and have spoke to Hal-Liurz about seeing the count so she went off to go speak to him and when she came back she told me to wait for him and be patient.
I used the quick wait thinking it wouldnt make a difference but he hasnt shown up at all and i cant find him anywhere.
I keep asking Hal-Liurz about him but she keeps telling me to wait and be patient and i have waited for about 5 days on the game and he should have shown up by now. What should i do?

I haven't played Oblivion in a while and I'm just backtracking in my mind right now... I believe the count was or is a vampire and that you should wait at night outside somewhere and he will just appear by you. Or there might be a quest around or in Skingrad and once completed or during the quest he will meet you.

yep thats what you have to do all of my data folders where lost and my cd so its a bit hard to play lol
