Nope, only rrod I ever got went away with a restart, mine runs pretty solid, of course it also has plenty of space around it for air flow.

Yeah, I got the 3 red lights of doom a few months ago and got a replacement 360 so I should be good. And I don't use my 360 that much...until I get Bioshock that is.

I'm actually somewhat fearful of receiving the RROD since my xbox has been acting up lately with games like Oblivion and some of my DVD's have been stuttering a tad. I think it is due to the extreme heat in my room, so from now on I think I'll just play it when it's cool or face my fan towards it.

Anybody who's smart shouldn't get RROD. The only people that should get RROD are the ones who have the first few shipments. But otherwise, no excuse.

My console was a launch console purchased on December 23rd 2005 Maby and first problem yesterday but im going to town to purchase a new console as if i send it off i will not get it back in time for BioShock launch. One big fan :P
