Hmm... I don't think we're going to bring the edit button back, but I do have an idea which is like the next best thing.

I just joined the GT forums (only because I saw a comment on a video that made me notable unhappy =P) and they have a good idea. While you can still edit your posts there, what they do to end double posting is great. they just have the posts fused together automatically.

So, even if we never see our beloved edit button again, we'll still not have to see the double post things. I don't know if this could be implemented, or what kind of code work we* would have to deal with. But that is just my idea.

P.S. Why did they take away the edit button in the first place? that was before iI Joined.

P.S. Why did they take away the edit button in the first place? that was before iI Joined.

because people where saying certain things and then editing them before the mods saw them, the was alledgedly a specific incident but I dont know

There are only two ways to use the edit botton.

1. Become a mod (that would be me some day)!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Or, hack into the 2k Forums thing and get it that way.
