1. How difficult is the game? Will there be multiple difficulty levels?
2. How is saving done? Is it save anywhere or at specific points in the world?
3. How are the loading times? When are they most likely to occur?
4. Will the Xbox 360 version take advantage of the HDD in any way (i.e. hard drive enhanced for caching data)?
5. How will BioShock look on SD TV's? For many people, this is the only option.
6. Is there an inventory system/pack? Will it weigh me down?
7. Will guns jam or break over time?
8. Will there be cheat codes for BioShock?
9. How is the frame rate?
10. How big is Rapture?
11. Is the world of Rapture situated in a real life ocean? Is it seen as a parallel one to our world, our direct future, or completely made up?
12. Is there a day/night cycle or any time awareness feature?
Thanks in advance!
(Sorry if these questions were answered before as I've not been able to keep up with every single podcast or interview. Maybe an official FAQ could be posted on this site nearer to release?)

this will maybe help you out at your 10. question:
How are the levels set up? It has been rumored there at seven of them, how big are they, and how are they loaded?
The levels are pretty darn big and there are a minimum of loads (like less than 20 minimum).

i think this will answer your 11. question:
In the middle of the north Atlantic, a lighthouse juts out of the water. Inside waits a rusted bathysphere, which takes you deep under the ocean to Rapture, a city sprawling along the sea floor.
A man named Andrew Ryan, a former Soviet citizen, built the city in 1946...

For some likely answers:
4. Will the Xbox 360 version take advantage of the HDD in any way (i.e. hard drive enhanced for caching data)?
This would make sense, as it would speed up load times, but since you can purchase a 360 without a HDD, it is required by Microsoft to NOT be a requirement.
6. Is there an inventory system/pack? Will it weigh me down?
Considering the different weapons, mods, ammo types, plasimds, ect, it would make sense for there to be an inventory system
7. Will guns jam or break over time?
I hope so, and would imagine so, as it adds to that sense of desperation that goes so well with this game

12. Is there a day/night cycle or any time awareness feature?
Well your deep under the ocean so I dont see how you would see much of a difference if its day or night.

As for time awareness: we all know, the water is pouring in and you have to get out of there in time, so I think, you'll notice more and more water coming in. And merely a speculation: maybe they are/were simulating the day and night cycle witht the lights in this underwater town. :S
Some other possible answers:
1. I'm sure there will be different difficulty settings. About the difficulty: we'll know in a couple of months. :D
2. I don't know about the X360 version but I hope the PC version will have normal saving options (saving anywhere and quick saves).
3. I imagine it will be like R6:Vegas, huge levels with streaming loads, maybe a few short loads in a level. Between the seven main levels, it's a good guess we'll see loading screens.
6. Inventory, for sure. Weighing you down, I don't think so.
8. I hope there will be some smart and funny ones.
9. It's too early to tell, IMO.
10. Quite big. ;)

Well, why shouldnt be there a simulated day and night cycle? Dont forget that these people were humans before. You could have more light sources at "day time" (to make people feel happy) and more like "emergency" lights per nighttime. And there is a garden in Rapture, too. Normal plants might need a day and night cycle.
But I have to admit that as far as I have seen the game in motion and at screens....it wont get that bright in Rapture ;)
