Im starting this thread to maybe get alot of feedback and sticky on it, you never know something might come of it in a expansion etc.

I bought the game a few days ago and have noticed two things I would like to see as of right now:
First I dont see why a Galleon has six cargo holes but can only carry one treasure? I think you should be able to carry six treasures with one Galleon since you have the room.
Second I would like to see Seeds in the game. As in Tobacco, Cotton, and Sugar seeds. Its hard to find a perfect starting area and if you dont find one within 10-15 turns you might as well start over because you are already to far behind. How awesome would it to be to maybe use say 200 Cotton to develop a batch of seeds from that you can plant in a tile that was producing 4 cotton that now produces 9 Cotton? Or something like that, and on top of that maybe be able to buy seeds from Natives, depending on your relationship with the Natives will determine how much the Natives want for the seeds.

I will add more as I continue playing the game but would love to hear some other players ideas on what they would like to see as well and comment on my ideas.

In the stock rules, a galleon CAN carry 6 treasures.

From this and other comments in the forum, I wonder if it would be possible to fix things so that prices for emigrants on the home port quayside do not go higher than the fixed prices for getting the same as trained colonists. Who the ***** is going to pay 1500 for petty criminals when you can get several specialists for 600 and if necessary retrain them later?

As for galleons the reduction to one treasure per boat is one of the very few penalties you pay for using that excellent patch.

My trade route options get so enormous that I end up spending several minutes each time I set a ship or wagon train up to automate transport. How about having clickable "sort by" header bars at the top of the window where you can list your trade route options via Pickup City, Destination, & Goods.

Then I could click a ship, click "Assign Trade Route", Sort destination by "Europe", and click Coats, Cloth, and Rum (all listed in a row) to go from New Amsterdam to Europe. Or view all cities producing coats to create a wagon train to pickup all coats and send them to my Export city of Fort Orange. (Instead of scrolling through 50 different pick-up and delivery options.)

------Origin------|------Goods------|------Destination[v]------
--------------------------------------------------------
New Amsterdam --|-----Coats-------|------Europe------
Fort Orange-------|-----Rum--------|------Europe------
St. Eustatius------|-----Cloth-------|------Europe------

Does that make sense or is it just a mess?
