Hey, this is my first post here, and I was wondering...

All the videos of BioShock that I've seen are entirely interviews and gameplay. And so I ask, are there any cut-scenes?

A few, but only a few

Hmm... disappointing... I do like my cut-scenes...

I've asked this before but I'm too lazy to find the official answer, but basically the jist of it is that Irrational uses cut-scenes sparingly and tastefully. usually at the beginning and the end of their games. Don't expect any random cut-scenes in the middle of the game, it'll be mostly real-time rendered scripted sequences in-game.

it was on another thread and ken said two cutscenes. The introductory, and the electrobolt.

I think all (if not almost all) are in first person and thus immersed with the gameplay, if you want cut-scenes do what Ken suggests and go play Final Fantasy.

Electrobolt is a scripted sequence, not a cutscene.

True, but still, you can't control it.

Two cutscenes. Intro, and one near the end, I think I remember Ken saying that.
It's better off this way.
