So both v.dog and Hatesink mentioned pewter/game scale figures for the CE, was just wondering who else here plays tabletop games (and which ones)?
I currently do some D20 and have played Zombies!!! and Maul of Horrors recently plus any of the Risk variants out these days and have friends who swear by Cheap-A** Games.

The closest thing I play to the Warhammer-esque tabletop games is Settlers of Catan. I just think those figurines make good collectibles (my favourite was the Shock Trooper from Red Alert 2).

I played a couple of sessions of D&D once, quite a while ago now, and I really loved it, and I've since bought several books on gamemastering, which are now heavily underlined and annotated.
I'd really love to play Call of Cthulhu, especially the Beyond the Mountains of Madness module. I've even got a painted arctic explorer miniature for if the opportunity ever arises (I've also got a totally gnarly looking mind-flayer, that kind of looks a lot like a Star Spawn of Cthulhu:D).
I've got a generic private dick also, who was going to be my 'voice in the game' if I was ever a Call of Cthulhu Keeper (the guy who sold him to me said he'd made it all the way through Horror on the Orient Express (a.k.a. 'Mass Murder on the Orient Express) so I guess he might be a lucky charm;))

My friends are heavily into table-top gaming, both D&D and Warhammer (Quest and 40K). I've always wanted to get into Warhammer 40K, but I simply can't afford two gaming habits, and Warhammer ain't exactly cheap...
I've played D&D a coupla times, but only ever when drunk, and never taken seriously one bit. I don't think I ever could, really.

I've done the D&D thing before, but that's about it. I suppose you could count my college Risk obsession as tabletop, but now that I have cats, that's gone the way of the wind.

I've always loved cats —now that I have it on good authority that a cat might be an acceptable substitute for table-top roleplaying I'll more seriously consider getting one ;)

Tabletop: Warzone (like Warhammer, but less known..it has been stopped after a few years).
Pen and paper RPGs: DSA (Das Schwarze Auge - a German classic ^^), D&D, STAR WARS and Vampire - The Masquerade (live action roleplay actually).

Cats aren't a substitute for playing Risk, they're the game's version of natural disasters too. Same thing for playing Magic. Several of my friends and I had a "cat rule" for magic (basically anything touched by a cat was destroyed), until the arrival of Gilgamesh (a long hair cat who is the most affectionate being on the planet)
Tried playing Vampire: The Masquerade once or twice but just couldn't get into it. Perhaps I wasn't angsty/brooding enough I dunno. :P

For Masquerade I think you really have to try and find and channel your 'inner vampire' ;)
played D&D for awhile but stat tracking and all the paperwork nearly drove me insane. For awhile there was a void in my gaming life that was left by the absence of such ventures as D&D but I found a medium that I quote enjoy, text based online gaming, a MUD to be specific (multi-user dungeon) it's a modelled after dungeons and dragons but heavily modified, generally 30 gamers online, has everything from PK (player vs. player combat) to quests and unique RP. One of the most fun aspects of the particular MUD I play is the religion system with 12 different religions, on top of the general religious implications it adds a political dynamic to the game while religions with completely different ethics systems either trying to get along through clever negotiations or giving up and declaring war upon one another.
It's really fun but occupies far too much of my time.

MUDs can and usually are quite fun. Alot of time since the devs aren't spending so much time on graphics they focus on story.
I like the idea of any game having a multitude of religions. That's why I stopped playing the various White Wolf game - most of their various paths assumed that everyone felt X and Y about Z (With some of their products being different)
