I've yet to declare independence myself. I was wondering if, when I hit that button, if I am still able to trade with Europe. If not, what do you do with all your good? Offload them on Indians whom have jack for cash?

You won't have time to trade mate. ;)

But by selecting Monarchy in your constitution I believe it does allow you to keep trading with Europe.
