A few days ago the CONSOLE was updated, not the game.

Yes it was, and today, when I started up my game, there was an in game update

Well it wasnt the patch you were waiting for, maybe your Xbox clears out the cache every once in awhile, so I wouldnt get as frustrated as you appeared in earlier threads.

guys cmon, I used to be a video game store manager, I know an in-game patch when I see one....there is this nice little screen that pops up and says this game has a patch would you like to download, and then you hit yes

My friend has the same thing you do. I think there might have been a patch when the game first came out in NA or shortly thereafter and with cache sometimes getting cleared you are asked to re download it. Plus with Elizabeth saying no patch is live then the patch you downloaded obviously isnt the patch to fix all of the problems.
