Great Builders & UN wonder

I was playing a game and saved a great builder to complete the UN wonder once I was able to build it. When I activated his power it asked me what to do with him and I chose complete building of UN wonder. Well the builder disappeared and the UN wasn;t complete. Can great builders be used to complete game winning constructions or was this a glitch in the game?:confused:

I don't think they can. You can't rush the UN or the World Bank either. :(

Since the UN and world bank are victorial wonders
they cant be rushed or built with GBs due to the fact
that the game would become to easy since ppl would
save builders to get an easy win.this makes the game
more lengthy

You cannot use builders or rush for game winning wonders. So might as well use that great builder on the manhattan project or something else worth your while.
