That's wierd! I ordered one several weeks ago, also. It was shipped to someone else and I got their thing. The sender is trying to fix it, but the person that received my Bioshock isn't responding to e-mails :(

i finnaly got it, but the big daddy drill was broken. can i still send it back or is it to late?

I think you are SOL my friend. The replacement program ended quite a while ago. A lot of people have had luck with gluing there broken Big Daddy figures back together. I know that is small comfort.
