I've noticed that most people seem to be normalized around 1200, and I assume that's the base rating?
Still, my rating is 93. I have a record of 3-0 (should be more, but these are the only registered ones), and would assume my rating to be a little higher than that.
I'm on the PS3, if anyone wondered...

1293 or 93? I think it is a big problem if you have 93, and i think in that case you have to start with a new account if updates don't work

Not 1293, no :) 93
It seems that there are a whole bunch of people around my rating too, so I don't think I'm the only one experiencing this.
1293 would have been more understandable.

You'd rather be number 1293 than number 93? Most people I know would want to be number 1 ...

There is a difference between rating and ranking.
edit:
To clarify: My rating (score) is 93, giving me a ranking (number) 2500-3000 or something. Had it been 1293, my ranking would have been around 100 (I don't know, haven't got my PS3 here...)?

How do I check leaderboard standings? There is no option in the menu.

From the main menu:
Go to Extras --> Leaderboards --> Multiplayer
Or so I think, the "Extras" part is correct at least.

I'm still quite concerned about my rating.
If my score indeed started at 0, shouldn't it go up a lot more than 30 points for each win? Since I've been beating people with about 1200 more rating points than me?
I'm afraid the internal score might be 1293, while the score showing is 93. If this is the case, I'll probably never get any higher than 4-500, no matter how well I play. Having 1200 points less than you should have at any point is a SERIOUS handicap.
I think it is quite obvious that I can't have reached 93 points only through winning. Is it not possible to reset my score to 1200 or something? Even if it means resetting my record as well?

Elizabeth said no for my problem (similar to your but not the same), maybe you could have a chance, but I'm sure me and others won't have

I know, but you lost points from 1500-1600 to 1200 or something. That's harder to prove was a mistake (though I believe it must have been). For me, I can't see how it is theoretically possible to end up at 93 after 3 games (let alone that they were wins).
I'm sure you'll be able to fight your way back, though :)

But are you sure it wasn't as my bug? I have win that game and I have lost a lot of skill, think if you win 3 games and it could be about the same thing happened to me, it's about 365x3 (1095). 1200 - 1095 = about 105, think a moment about that..

Well, it might be the case that it came from the same thing, when you look at it that way. In that case they need to fix that.
But anyway, its a lot easier to prove that I have been affected than you, since you've got a more normal rating than me at the moment.
In addition, I see a whole lot of PS3 users with strange ratings now, so I'm pretty sure something is wrong on that end.
