2 Multi-Player Questions

1. Does anyone have any clarification on how the matchmaking works (ranked games)? Lets use H-to-H for instance. Does it matchup anyone with ayone, or does it try to match you up with someone around your rank?

2. Its come to my attention (again in H-to-H) that when you defeat your opponent he does not leave the game, and can just stay there, forcing "me" to keep playing against computers. Is this working as intended?

It says in the user manual. When playing a ranked or Player Quick Match, the system will assisgn you to a game based on your skill and latency.

In other words i have no idea how it works.
