Question about downlloable content

Will the PS3 version automatically have the downloable content that the 360 had? Like for example say the Sonic Boom plasmid will already be included in the game and they'll be new downloable content. Or will it just be the same?

Its all supposed to be included on the disk. But until we get the game in our grubby little paws we won't know for sure.
