Since I'll be getting this game for the Ds, I would like to know if the game would end abruptly like the other versions, or would it be different for the Ds? And if so, why play a game if I cannot finish it properly?

Thank You

I'm gonna say that (I believe the problem was online) if its online it's using nintendo's service so I would think this wouldn't happen.

Well I'm talking about the game ending on the year 2000 (or something like that).

One could say that achieving one of the 5 victories within the alloted time is how to finish the game properly. For example if the score is 1-1 after 90 minutes they game is ended as a draw (unless it's a cup match). You have a specified time to win and if you don't win in that time you lose, or draw.

I've never gotten further than around 2000, which means there were 100 turns left (and yes, that is including deity wins).

I can't really see how the limit on 2100AD could be a problem at all.

isnt there only 4 victories?
